Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for supporting the growth of Shine Logistics by attracting and hiring talent across brokerage, operations, compliance, sales, and support functions.



The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create inclusive job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both North American-based and offshore teams. The Recruiter will oversee job postings, leverage social media and qualified networks, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks also include tracking recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with HR on onboarding and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills, including experience with full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
