Role Description : The Lead Solution Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technology architectures that support clients’ sustainability objectives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Day-to-day activities include leading architectural design sessions, translating business processes into technical solutions, guiding software development and integration efforts,



and preparing technical documentation and roadmaps. The Lead Solution Architect collaborates closely with consulting teams, engineering, and client stakeholders to assess needs, recommend best-fit platforms and tools, and oversee implementation quality. The role also involves mentoring junior architects and developers, participating in technical governance, and staying current with emerging sustainable technologies and industry standards.
