What You’ll Do

Yes, this is a sales role. But not the kind you’re used to.
You won’t be pushing products.

You’ll be having deep, real conversations about one of the most significant decisions of someone’s life.




Every day you’ll speak to professionals navigating confusion, heartbreak, pressure from family, or simply the desire to finally find the right partner.

Your role is to help them figure out what they actually need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking to leads generated by our marketing team
• Running structured discovery conversations to understand their story and challenges
• Asking thoughtful questions to identify patterns, expectations, and emotional blockers
• Recommending the right TDC program or honestly telling them if they’re not ready
• Explaining our offerings with clarity, empathy, and conviction
• Maintaining CRM records, lead notes, and sales scorecards
• Collaborating closely with the matchmaking and marketing teams
• Writing thoughtful follow-ups that keep conversations moving forward
