About the Role
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy, business development, customer operations and execution. We are looking for a highly driven Associate, Strategy & Operations to work directly with the Founders and take ownership of strategic and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Opportunity Assessment
Identify potential use cases across banks, large and medium enterprises
Develop hypotheses around customer pain points, market prospect
Design potential solutions
Validate through customer conversations

Sales & Business Development
Build and maintain target list of accounts and map key decision makers
Support the sales pipeline: Introduction pitches, demos, follow ups
Prepare commercial collaterals: Sales decks, NDA, MoU, SOP, SOWs, etc.

Customer success operations
Coordinate with stakeholders during pilot
Track implementation milestones
Resolve blockers across product, engineering, and customer teams




Measure pilot KPIs and prepare review reports
Convert successful pilots into commercial deployments

What are we looking for?
2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Preferred background: Enterprise sales, product management, founder office, strategy & consulting
Experience within or selling to banks, NBFCs, fintechs highly preferred

Career Path
This role is intended to be a high-trajectory generalist role. A successful candidate can move into critical roles like Chief of Staff, Product or Sales within 24 months based on the individual's strengths.
