Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technology Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support strategic business priorities and customer commitments.

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale programs.

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, executive communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to influence across a complex matrix organization. This leader will manage strategic customer initiatives and technology programs, cross-functional dependencies, risks, financial planning, and executive reporting while ensuring delivery against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning and Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology programs and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, schedules, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate activities across multiple product, engineering,



and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Track program progress and drive timely resolution of issues that may impact delivery commitments.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to align priorities and execution plans.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts.
Drive accountability across stakeholders while fostering a cooperative and results-oriented environment.

Governance and Communication

Establish and manage program governance processes, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise program status updates for leadership reviews.
Communicate key milestones, decisions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Ensure transparency into program health and delivery progress.
