This role lives between revenue operations and yield optimization. You own the health of our programmatic auction across display and video: placements, Prebid adapters, SSP integrations, and reporting accuracy.
Every day, bid requests leave our pages and players, adapters respond or don't, and creatives render or fail. You are the person who knows which number moved, why, and what to do about it. With 2+ years in programmatic, you'll run this independently from day one.



You report into Revenue Operations and work closely with Tech and Publisher Management.

What You'll Take Charge Of

Monitor, Analyze & Escalate (core focus)
Track the auction funnel daily: bid rate, win rate, timeout rate, fill rate, render rate, eCPM, RPM.
Tell demand problems from delivery problems — viewability and render failures on display; start rate, completion rate and VAST errors on video.
Reconcile SSP UIs against our own auction data and chase discrepancies to root cause.
Own escalations end to end, from first anomaly to confirmed fix.
Prepare partner stats for QBRs and document your work in Jira.
Prebid & Header Bidding
Own bidder configuration across formats: params, endpoints, banner sizes, video placement type, durations and ad pods.
Track adapter-level bid response rate, win rate, timeout rate and latency, and cut what doesn't earn its slot.
Tune wrapper timeouts and adapter mix, balancing bid density against latency.
