Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and support scalable backend services for retail and supply chain platforms.
This role is ideal for engineers with 8 - 10 years of hands-on Java development experience who have worked with Warehouse Management (WMS), Order Management (OMS), Supply Chain, Retail, or other high-volume transactional systems.

Candidates with direct OMS/WMS experience will be a strong fit. However, engineers with backend development experience in adjacent domains and a robust understanding of complex business workflows, integrations, APIs, and distributed systems are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions,



contributing to architecture and design decisions, and working closely with product, business, QA, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical designs, solutions, and effort estimates.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices supporting retail and supply chain workflows.
Develop and support functionality across order management, inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, and logistics domains.
Design and implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems such as e-commerce platforms, WMS, ERP, payment systems, and logistics providers.
Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, evaluating technical approaches and trade-offs.
