About the Role PrismHR is the technology engine behind Vensure Employer Solutions, powering the payroll, benefits administration, and compliance systems that businesses depend on every day. We're looking for a Senior Software Architect to take ownership of the architecture vision across this platform — with a specific mandate to bring genuine agentic AI engineering into how our products work — and drive how it evolves as we build the next generation of SaaS capability. This is a hands-on, high-trust role. You'll work directly with developers, QA, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and senior executives to shape both near-term features and long-term technical direction. You'll be expected to move fluidly between whiteboard architecture sessions, hands-on prototyping, and boardroom conversations about technology strategy.

earn the trust of the teams who live in it every day, and turn what you learn from developers, QA, BAs, and Product Owners into sound architectural decisions and new feature designs that improve the experience for the customers who rely on our payroll, benefits, and compliance systems. No one will be holding your hand. You'll need to be comfortable figuring things out — diagnosing ambiguity, asking the right people the right questions, and driving toward a working answer — largely on your own initiative.

What You'll Do

Create high-quality, working prototypes and proofs of concept to guide development teams.
Partner with other architects to build and maintain an architecture vision and roadmap for the PrismHR platform.
