Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations and support basic administrative functions. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, driving engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR systems on Zoho People — while working closely with leadership in a quick-growing startup environment.

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary: ₹2,64,000 – ₹3,36,000 per annum (CTC)

Requirements

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation on Zoho People
Handle attendance,



leave management, and payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes
Coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs
Handle employee queries and drive engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies
Assist in drafting and improving HR policies and SOPs
Generate HR reports and maintain basic analytics on Zoho
Any Graduate (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
0–2 years of experience in HR or related functions
Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred; willingness to learn mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance basics
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
