Key Responsibilities1. Content & Posting
Plan and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X) etc.
Create creatives and reels as per the requirements and post.
Ensure brand tone, consistency, and accuracy in all posts
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs
2. Campaign Management
Execute social media campaigns for:
followers
Events, workshops & webinars
Achievements & announcements
Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating creatives and captions

Engagement & Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Monitor brand mentions and audience feedback.
Build positive engagement and online community.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track post performance, reach, engagement & follower growth
Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports
Suggest improvements based on insights and trends
5. Trend & Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels, audio & formats
Analyze competitor activity and suggest content ideas
Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe / CapCut / Reels editing
Good English & Hindi communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in education / healthcare / qualified training sector (preferred)
