Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting property presentations, and explaining project features, pricing, and timelines.



Daily activities include managing inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating site visits and meetings with prospects. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and collaborating with project and marketing teams to align sales efforts with ongoing and upcoming projects. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and provide regular updates and insights to management.
Qualifications
Solid client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical project details in clear, accessible language.
Proficiency in sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiation.
