Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving growth across ShellKode’s portfolio of enterprise AI solutions and services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and account research, and building a robust pipeline of prospects in target industries. The specialist will engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, clearly articulating ShellKode’s value propositions and collaborating with domain and engineering teams to shape tailored proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CRM records, tracking lead and chance progress, coordinating with internal stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives, and supporting execution of business development campaigns and events. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, gathering feedback, and providing insights that inform product, solution, and commercial strategies.
