Business Development Manager – Façade Industry Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days | Monday–Saturday Experience: 5 Years Salary: As per experience and industry fit About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the façade and architectural solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales/business development experience , robust client-facing skills, and experience in building relationships with Architects, Façade Consultants, Developers, and other key stakeholders . Candidates with experience in Façades, Aluminium Doors & Windows, Glass Façades, Glazing, Metal Façades, or related architectural products will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, client meetings, referrals, and market research. Schedule and conduct outbound and inbound meetings with potential clients, Architects, Façade Consultants, Developers, and other decision-makers.



Present and pitch the company's products and services effectively. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Identify new projects and business opportunities within the architecture, construction, and façade ecosystem. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and business documents . Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions through CRM. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion objectives. Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with company policies and processes.
