This Position reports to: LPG Manager LVS IN Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the prospect to manage the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your skills by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams. under the Project Operations function in India. Main stakeholders include Project Managers, Customers, Sales, and Operations Leadership. You will be mainly accountable for: Managing the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local Project Operations. Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and company policies, controls, and requirements. Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that policies related to quality, HSE, cybersecurity, and contract compliance are consistently followed. Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.
