Role Description This full-time Sales Manager role is based in Mangaluru and follows a hybrid work model, combining in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.



The Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set performance targets, and monitor achievement against business objectives for insurance products and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, operations, and customer service. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will also coach team members, conduct regular reviews, and support training initiatives to drive sustainable growth and high-quality customer experiences.
