Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced UK & Europe Recruiter to join our recruitment
team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UK and European
IT/Non-IT recruitment, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, candidate
engagement, interview coordination, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from
initial sourcing to placement.
The candidate should have a good understanding of UK and European recruitment
practices, employment markets, candidate work authorization, and regional hiring
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK and European IT/Non-IT
positions.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases,
referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening based on job
requirements.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within
agreed timelines.




Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience,
communication, availability, and overall suitability.
Verify candidate right-to-work/work authorization based on the applicable
country and role requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with
clients and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates
throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across the UK and European
markets.
Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and recruitment team
members to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate and recruitment records in the
ATS/CRM.
Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement
targets.
Stay updated on hiring trends, technology skills, salary expectations, and
recruitment practices across the UK and European markets.
