Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Manager based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Email Marketing Manager will plan, build, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support certification enrollments. Responsibilities include managing email calendars,



segmenting audiences, designing automated workflows, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across campaigns. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, maintaining data hygiene, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with broader growth objectives. The Email Marketing Manager will also ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations while continuously improving deliverability and conversion rates.
Qualifications
