About the role
We provide outsourced accounting, tax, and back-office (KPO) services to CPA and accounting firms across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. We're growing our sales engine and looking for driven business development professionals who can open doors, build relationships with firm owners and partners, and close recurring-revenue engagements — with the runway to build and lead their own team.
What you'll do
Generate, qualify, and close new business with CPA / accounting firms in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, proposals, and closing
Position our outsourced accounting, tax, and allied services against client pain points (capacity, cost, turnaround)
Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasting in the CRM
As you ramp, help recruit,



train, and lead a small BD team
What we're looking for
Prior B2B business development / sales experience — selling to international markets (US/Canada/UK/AU) strongly preferred
Experience selling accounting, tax, KPO, or professional/B2B services is a big plus
Hands-on CRM experience (pipeline management, reporting, follow-up discipline)
Team-leadership ability — you've built, mentored, or run a team, or are clearly ready to
Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable on calls with overseas partners
Self-starter who thrives on an uncapped-commission model
