NeuraEase is a neuro-technology company building an interoceptive biometric platform for neurodivergent adults, integrating data from market-available wearables to help users build self-awareness of their nervous-system patterns. We're early-stage, moving quick, and building with real user input rather than assumptions.

Role Description
We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to join us in a flexible, part-of-full-time capacity, working remotely alongside our founding team.

You'll design onboarding and messaging strategies tailored to each stage of our user rollout, build and grow our presence on Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn through genuine community engagement, track KPIs across onboarding, engagement, and retention, sit in on beta feedback loops, and work directly with founders on GTM experiments and channel testing.

This is a high-trust, high-learning seat at the table of an early-stage neuro-technology company, with real input into GTM strategy and a genuine path to a longer-term conversation as we grow.

Qualifications
Thinks in structured,



first-principles ways about users and messaging ; not templates
Comfortable with ambiguity and lean resources; this is a 0-to-1 environment
Able to build genuine trust in online communities, not just post content
Reports honestly on what's working and what isn't
Interest in health-tech, neurodiversity, or wellness is a plus, but curiosity and ownership matter more than a specific background
Consistent follow-through without repeated prompting; proactive, well-structured communication, especially when something's blocked
