Role Description The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding Roth Pets’ presence in the pet care market. This full time, on-site position is based in Mumbai and involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients, and supporting product launch activities.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential partners and retailers, qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Roth Pets’ value proposition to target customers. The role also includes managing relationships with key accounts, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and proposals, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and operations to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
Solid foundation in business and account management to support partnership development and ongoing client relationships.
Clear and confident communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client-facing interactions.
