Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, and email to drive customer acquisition and retention. Daily activities include managing performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, conducting A/B tests, collaborating with creative and content teams,



and optimizing budgets and bidding strategies for maximum ROI. The Performance Marketing Manager will also monitor market trends, refine audience targeting, and provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and support overall business growth objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and basic data analysis.
Experience with campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
