Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
This role is responsible for promoting Aakash programs,



counseling prospective students and families, and driving admissions through effective sales and marketing activities.
Daily responsibilities include engaging with walk-in and inquiry leads, conducting presentations and demonstrations, managing follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. The specialist collaborates with local and central marketing teams to execute campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives, while tracking performance against enrollment targets.
The role also involves providing accurate information about courses, fee structures, and academic outcomes, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience aligned with the organization’s “Student First” philosophy.
Experience, Skills and Key Responsibility:
Should have experience in consultative Sales profile.
