Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Lead to lead our social media presence across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and fintech understanding to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
Own and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Whatsapp etc.)
Drive performance marketing initiatives in collaboration with the paid media team
Create and oversee high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) tailored to fintech audiences
Build and maintain a robust brand voice and positioning in the financial domain
Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and fintech regulations impacting communication




Handle community engagement, ORM (online reputation management), and crisis communication

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in fintech, BFSI.
Team Handling experience is Preferable.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance funnels, and content strategy
Proven track record of scaling social media presence and driving measurable growth
Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics,Zoho, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.
Proficiency in AI-powered marketing and content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
Involvement in Innovative Ideas and trending content.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
