Role Description This is a full-time, off-site Business Development Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients and partners, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends and competitor offerings, preparing presentations and reports,



and supporting outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and meetings. The intern will also help respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to address client needs, and contribute ideas to improve business development strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups.
Market research skills to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries and build positive relationships.
Basic understanding of sales and business development processes; prior internship or project experience in a similar area is an advantage.
