About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-first Chief of Staff role in the Founders’ Office. You’ll work directly with the founders across everything it takes to run and grow an early-stage space-tech company — ideation, documentation, compliance coordination, marketing cadence, finance support, and hiring. It’s a generalist role for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a startup is actually built.

What You’ll Do

• Documentation: Own and produce high-quality decks, proposals, sales collateral, and investor materials
• Compliance: Coordinate statutory and regulatory paperwork with our company secretary, legal, and finance partners; track deadlines and keep filings on schedule
• Marketing: Build and maintain a marketing and communications calendar; ensure content and outreach actually ship on time
• Finance & accounts: Support day-to-day financial workflows — invoicing, expense tracking, coordination with accountants; a working understanding of finance and accounts is expected
• Agreements & paperwork: Manage NDAs, contracts,



and vendor paperwork through their lifecycle (drafting support, tracking signatures, filing)
• Scheduling & coordination: Keep the founders’ calendars, meetings, and follow-ups running smoothly in a fast-changing environment
• HR: Support hiring — screening candidates and conducting a first round of interviews
Who You Are
• 1–3 years of experience in a startup, founder’s office, consulting, operations, or similar generalist role (exceptional freshers welcome)
• Comfortable with scheduling, prioritisation, and juggling many threads in a dynamic environment
• Robust written communication — you can turn rough inputs into a clean deck or document
• Basic financial literacy: you can read a P&L;, follow an invoice trail, and aren’t intimidated by accounts
• Familiarity with agreements and business paperwork, or willingness to learn fast
• Proficient with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace / MS Office
