About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of professional experience to lead the design and user experience of our digital products.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of user experience, product thinking, UI/UX principles, and Figma. Beyond creating visually attractive designs, the candidate must have the ability to understand a product, identify user needs, sense design problems, and translate business requirements into simple, intuitive, and effective user experiences.
We are looking for someone who can think like a designer and product thinker, not just someone who can create screens in Figma.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and drive the complete UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final design and handoff.
Understand the product, business objectives, target users, and user journeys.
Analyse existing products and identify UX gaps, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.




Develop and maintain scalable and consistent design systems and UI components.
Use Figma extensively for designing, prototyping, collaboration, and developer handoff.
Convert complex product requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Participate in product discussions and provide design recommendations based on user experience and product understanding.
Conduct design reviews and usability evaluations.
Ensure consistency across web and mobile applications.
Understand existing design patterns and suggest improvements where required.
Create interactive prototypes to communicate product behaviour and user flows.
Provide detailed design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation.
Review implemented designs and ensure the final product matches the approved UX/UI.
