Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organization.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and timely monthly and yearly financial
closures.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and ensure adherence to regulatory
requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and working capital
management.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management
review.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial
processes.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to strengthen financial controls and
processes.
• Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure
compliance.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
• Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
