Role Overview:
Responsible for the end-to-end performance of multiple Supertails clinics within an assigned zone, driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, clinical quality, customer experience and people performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Own zone-level revenue, P&L;, productivity and operational KPIs across multiple clinics.
Lead and coach Centre Managers and clinic leadership teams, driving accountability and performance.
Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
Conduct regular clinic reviews and audits; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
Partner with Clinical, HR, Finance, Marketing, CX, Supply Chain and Infrastructure teams to achieve business objectives.
Drive customer experience, NPS/CSAT, repeat visits and complaint resolution.
Analyse clinic performance, identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to improve footfall, conversion and revenue.




Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, productivity and employee engagement in partnership with HR.
Monitor inventory, equipment, facility readiness and vendor performance.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly zone performance dashboards and action plans to leadership.

Required Skills:
5–8 years of experience in multi-unit operations; healthcare, veterinary, retail, hospitality or QSR preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple locations and teams.
Robust understanding of P&L;, business metrics and operational excellence.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in healthcare/veterinary operations is an added advantage.
