The Role

You'll own the culinary standards and kitchen operations across Chaileela outlets - from recipe development and food quality to SOPs, kitchen efficiency, and team capability. You'll work closely with the Operations and Leadership teams to build a consistent, scalable food program as Chaileela grows.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
Develop, test, and innovate new recipes aligned with brand standards.
Standardize recipes, portions, preparation methods, and presentation.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, hygiene, and service speed.
Develop and implement kitchen SOPs across outlets.
Monitor food costs, inventory,



portion control, and wastage.
Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for ingredient quality and availability.
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
Conduct regular kitchen audits and ensure food safety compliance.
Support new outlet launches through kitchen setup, menu implementation, and team training.
Track kitchen performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
What We're Looking For

Must-have:

Strong culinary knowledge and hands-on kitchen experience.
Experience in QSR, restaurant, or F&B; operations.
Solid understanding of recipe development, food costing, and kitchen SOPs.
Ability to lead and train kitchen teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Willingness to travel across outlets as required.

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
IHM graduates preferred.
