Role Description The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Koramangala in a full time capacity, engaging with prospective and existing clients to grow business across Vijesha’s technology and training offerings. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships,



and coordinating with internal teams to propose solutions that align with customer needs. The role involves conducting market research, tracking trends, and preparing reports and presentations to support strategic decisions. Day-to-day tasks include outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining the CRM database, and ensuring a professional and responsive customer experience.
