Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Canada PR & Family Visit Visa Officer to manage visa and immigration applications from documentation to submission. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures, documentation requirements and IRCC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Canada PR and Family Visit Visa applications from start to finish.
Review and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare application forms, supporting documents, cover letters and submissions.
Assess client profiles and identify suitable immigration or visa pathways.
Prepare and organize documentation as per IRCC requirements.
Coordinate with clients for missing documents and additional information.
Monitor application status and provide timely updates to clients.
Respond to IRCC requests, procedural communications and additional document requirements.
Maintain accurate records of applications,



deadlines and case updates.
Ensure applications are submitted accurately and within timelines.
Stay updated with changes in Canadian immigration rules, visa policies and IRCC procedures.
Coordinate with counsellors and internal processing teams for smooth case handling.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive client documents.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in Canada immigration/visa processing.
Strong knowledge of Canada PR and Family Visit Visa documentation and procedures.
Good understanding of IRCC forms, application processes and supporting documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/software systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
