About Yuze

We are expanding our presence in India and are looking for an experienced business leader to join the team in Mumbai and play a key role in building and growing the business.

The Role
The Head of Business – India will work closely with the Country Manager and Yuze’s leadership and functional teams at HQ to drive the execution and growth of the India business.
This is a broad, hands-on business role.
You will be involved across partnerships, customer acquisition, revenue opportunities, market development and business execution, while working closely with our product, operations, marketing, compliance and technology teams.
A large part of the role will be ensuring that opportunities identified in the market are properly followed through internally and that agreed priorities are converted into execution.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build a business,



can operate comfortably with senior partners and is equally prepared to stay close to the details when required.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the Country Manager and HQ leadership to execute the India business plan and agreed market priorities
Drive business growth across customer acquisition, revenue, partnerships and current market opportunities
Develop and manage relationships with banks, payment companies, fintechs, distribution partners and other relevant ecosystem participants
Identify new partnerships, channels and commercial opportunities that can support the growth of Yuze in India
Take ownership of agreed business initiatives and follow them through from opportunity to implementation
Work closely with product, operations, marketing, compliance and technology teams at HQ to ensure effective execution in the Indian market
Ensure market requirements, partner needs and customer feedback are clearly communicated to the relevant teams and followed through
Support the development and executio
