Role Description The FEMA Compliance Executive – IDPMS & EDPMS is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing day-to-day compliance related to Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) requirements,
with a focus on Inward and Export Data Processing and Monitoring Systems (IDPMS & EDPMS). Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for import and export transactions, monitoring realization and settlement of foreign exchange, and coordinating with banks and clients to ensure timely closure of entries. The executive will prepare compliance reports, maintain accurate records, track regulatory deadlines, and support audits and internal reviews related to FEMA and RBI guidelines. The role also includes guiding clients on regulatory changes, assisting in resolving discrepancies or queries raised by banks or regulators, and collaborating with internal teams to strengthen compliance processes.
Qualifications
Solid Regulatory Compliance skills, including FEMA and RBI guidelines, and familiarity with IDPMS & EDPMS processes.
Knowledge of Law and applicable rules governing foreign exchange transactions, imports, and exports.
