About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships with organizations looking for recruitment and staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
* Acquire new clients for permanent hiring, executive search, and recruitment services.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably in Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.
* Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition services.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
