Role Description The PPC Expert – Performance Marketer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks to drive high-quality traffic and conversions for eCommerce clients. Responsibilities include keyword research, audience targeting, bid and budget management, A/B testing of creatives and landing pages, performance analysis, and continual campaign refinement based on data.



The role involves close collaboration with SEO, design, and analytics teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals and client KPIs. This is a full time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, requiring active participation in team discussions, periodic client calls, and reporting on campaign outcomes and insights.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in pay-per-click platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and social media ad managers, with a track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPA.
Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to support performance marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data visualization tools) to monitor, interpret, and report campaign performance.
