Product Manager – Corporate Gifting

About the Role
Ferns N Petals (FNP) is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap for our B2B Corporate Gifting platform. The ideal candidate should have strong e-commerce product management experience and the ability to work across technology, business, operations, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for B2B Corporate Gifting.
Understand and improve the end-to-end B2B customer journey, from product discovery and enquiry to ordering and fulfillment.
Identify product opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and data.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for product delivery.
Create PRDs, user stories, requirements, and product specifications.
Track product KPIs and drive conversion, customer experience,



and business growth.
Understand backend and operational workflows including inventory, warehouse, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics.
Drive continuous product improvements and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Must-Have
5+ years overall experience with 3–4+ years in Product Management.
Latest/recent experience must be in Product Management.
Must be from E-commerce, preferably B2B/B2B2C.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, product analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
NCR/Gurugram-based or willing to relocate to NCR.
