About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development professional – Ingredients & Formulation Sales to drive B2B business growth across nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, wellness, functional food, and health & nutrition brands.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in consultative sales, formulation solutions, nutraceutical ingredients, or related technical sales,



with the ability to understand customer requirements and work closely with R&D; teams to develop the right solution.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities for liposomal and customized formulation solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build relationships with brand owners, R&D; teams, formulators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Understand customer product requirements and coordinate with the R&D;/Formulation team to propose suitable solutions.
Present product and formulation capabilities to prospective customers and conduct business discussions.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and drive successful deal closure.
Develop new accounts and drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer data, and activity reports through CRM.
Track market trends and identify new opportunities in nutraceutical, wellness, pharmaceutical, and functional segments.
