Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing customers, and presenting products or services to address client needs. The Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations,



and closing deals while maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing responsive customer service, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and preparing basic sales reports and forecasts.
