Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for Crowdera’s fundraising platform.



Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, overseeing performance marketing activities, coordinating content and email campaigns, and analyzing campaign data to improve conversion and retention. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align digital strategies with business goals and support partner organizations using the platform. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, identifying new digital growth opportunities, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including community management and engagement strategies.
