Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in database development and administration, including AWS RDS, performance optimization, replication, high availability, backup, and recovery.
Hands-on experience in database development and administration, including schema design, SQL development, query optimization, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
Strong expertise in writing complex, efficient, and optimized SQL queries for relational databases.




Strong experience developing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and other database objects.
Deep understanding of RDBMS fundamentals, database architecture, indexing, transactions, concurrency, data integrity, and query optimization.
Robust expertise in schema design, data modeling, normalization, ER diagrams, and dimensional modeling.
Experience in database performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Experience with replication, backup, recovery, failover, and high-availability strategies.
Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and reports, creating DAX-based metrics and KPIs, analyzing data, and translating business requirements into BI solutions.
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guiding development teams.
