People Tech Group is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and R2R activities, including journal entries, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, reconciliations, and tax notices/assessments.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, tax, ledger, and inter-company reconciliations.
Support Import & Export compliance and related accounting requirements.
Support ROC filings and statutory compliance.
Prepare MIS, financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and statutory authorities.

What We’re Looking For




3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, R2R, and Statutory Compliance.
Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, AP, AR, R2R, and reconciliations.
Exposure to tax notices/assessments, ROC, Import & Export compliance.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
? Key Deliverables: Accurate financial closure, timely statutory compliance, effective reconciliations, audit readiness, and reliable financial reporting.
