Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Patiala. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, including planning,



scheduling, and optimizing manufacturing processes for precision gear-cutting tools. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing production data to improve efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The Production Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, prepare production reports, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and delivery standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to tooling and manufacturing processes.
Analytical skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and drive process improvements.
