Role Description This is a full-time, in office Admission Counsellor role based in Delhi, India. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable Hero Vired programs. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries, conducting counselling calls and in-person meetings, explaining program features and outcomes, and supporting applicants through the admission process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with leads,



coordinating with academic and operations teams, and meeting individual and team enrollment targets. The Admission Counsellor will also participate in events, information sessions, and outreach activities to increase awareness of Hero Vired’s offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively counsel prospective learners and build trust.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and deliver a positive experience throughout the admission journey.
