Headlight is a Fractional CMO company that works with ambitious founders to build, structure, and scale their marketing function.

We're looking for a Business Head who can take ownership of growing the business. You'll be responsible for building systems, a predictable pipeline, developing relationships with founders, creating strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into revenue.

You'll work closely with the Founder and play a key role in shaping how Headlight grows.

Experience: 6-10 Years

What you'll own

•⁠ ⁠Own Headlight's overall business development and revenue pipeline.
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, primarily founders and business owners.
•⁠ ⁠Develop relationships with founders and understand their business and marketing challenges.
•⁠ ⁠Identify new channels for generating qualified leads and continuously improve the acquisition process.
•⁠ ⁠Develop referral partnerships that can become consistent sources of business.
•⁠ ⁠Attend networking events, founder communities, industry events,



and other relevant opportunities to build Headlight's network.
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Founder on high-value opportunities and important client conversations.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a explicit view of the sales pipeline, system, processes, conversion rates, revenue targets, and upcoming opportunities.
•⁠ ⁠Identify patterns in the market and recommend new services, offerings, or business opportunities for Headlight.

This is an ownership role

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for leads to be handed to them.

And then figuring it out.

You'll have the freedom to experiment with different channels, partnerships, outreach strategies, and business development initiatives. The expectation is that you take ownership of the outcome, not just the activity.
