Role Overview
We're looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day brand and social presence of a portfolio of clients across government and consumer categories. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping how brands sound and look online, running the content engine, and making sure every post, campaign, and asset holds together as one coherent brand.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll manage multiple accounts at once, so organisation, judgment,



and pace matter as much as creativity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Own end-to-end social media for assigned client accounts — strategy, content calendars, scheduling, posting, and community management
Drive platform-specific content direction across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook, adapting tone and format to each brand
Track performance, read the analytics, and translate insight into sharper content and reach
Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments — and turn them into relevant, on-brand content quickly
2. Brand & Content
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint — voice, visual identity, and messaging
Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, and copy, and brief them clearly to designers and video teams
Coordinate shoots, reels, and creative production from concept to delivery
Build and maintain content pipelines so accounts never run dry
