We are searching for a professional and courteous Client servicing executive with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The client servicing executive will handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Some responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs and providing regular updates to higher management.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Advertising/Media industry, a positive understanding of digital marketing, and knowledge of ORM (Online Reputation Management). They should be comfortable handling multiple brands, understanding client objectives, and translating them into effective content and campaign strategies.

Responsibilities:

Establish a content strategy that is in concur with the brand’s logic and objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Mobile, and devise strategic content execution on all ideas




Coordinating with clients on a daily basis through telephone calls, email or face-to-face meetings.
Discuss with the Assistant Manager about feedback and references for campaigns or other creative tasks, and get the overall direction.
Coordinating with creative and content departments regularly to strategize about tasks ranging from a topical post on a brand to an annual campaign strategy
Being a liaison between the clients, internal teams, and your manager.
Understand ongoing or upcoming projects & ensure an easy, efficient, and timely process delivery
Work on tasks based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that allow enough space for ideation and finesse, keeping in mind the client's goals
Analyze and research the brand and its competition, and target audience to ensure that you are fully aware of the brand's requirements at all times.
Be knowledgeable and attentive to all the developments in your field, and be updated
