Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketplace Operations skilled to manage and scale our presence across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and others. The role will own end-to-end marketplace operations, from listings and inventory to campaigns, pricing, and performance tracking, ensuring strong growth while maintaining brand and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
Coordinate with marketplace KAMs for visibility initiatives, campaigns, and issue resolution.
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns,



deals, and major sale events.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Track and analyse marketplace performance metrics such as sales, ROAS, conversions, returns, and ratings.
Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions in line with brand positioning and margin targets.
Analyse competitor activity and market trends to optimize assortment, pricing, and visibility.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points.

Required Skills & Competencies
3+ years of experience managing online marketplaces.
Good understanding of marketplace operations and workflows.
Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Ability to analyse sales, traffic, and conversion data.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and marketplace ads.
Ability to manage multiple SKUs, platforms,
