Role Description The Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive is a full-time,



in office role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and executing targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns to engage customers, generate leads, and promote Gravolite’s sports products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and segmenting contact lists, drafting and scheduling promotional and informational messages, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing content and frequency based on analytics. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with ongoing promotions, maintaining compliance with communication and data protection standards, and contributing ideas to enhance customer communication strategies. The executive will be expected to maintain consistent brand voice, respond to customer queries received through digital channels, and support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.
