Role Description The Collections Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the student fee and receivables collection process.



The role includes managing daily collections activities, monitoring outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely follow-up through phone calls, email, and in-person coordination with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders. The Collections Manager will develop and implement collection strategies, maintain accurate records, prepare collection reports, and collaborate with finance and admissions teams to resolve payment issues. The role also involves reviewing payment plans, addressing disputes professionally, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and providing clear, respectful communication that supports a positive learner experience.
Qualifications
Solid experience in collections management, accounts receivable, or credit control, preferably within education or service-based industries.
Proficiency in using MS Excel and other financial or CRM software for tracking collections, generating reports, and maintaining
