Role Overview

Provide L1 technical support for Windows end-user computing infrastructure.
Troubleshoot user, desktop, application, hardware and basic network issues while handling tickets within SLA and communicating professionally with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops and resolve basic OS, application, hardware and connectivity issues.
Perform basic Active Directory activities such as password reset, account unlock and user support.
Troubleshoot basic DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and network connectivity issues.
Provide basic VDI support and remote troubleshooting.
Install/configure and troubleshoot software, printers, scanners and other end-user peripherals.
Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Webex, Zoom and web browsers.
Create, update and manage incidents/service requests in the ticketing tool.
Work within response/resolution SLAs, prioritize tickets and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.




Maintain transparent ticket documentation and follow SOPs/technical documentation.
Communicate clearly and confidently with US clients over calls and tickets.

Required Skills

Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

Good verbal and written English communication
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have – Optional

O365/Microsoft 365 knowledge, User Provisioning (Create/Modify/Delete), PowerShell basics, ServiceNow/ITIL knowledge or relevant Microsoft/CompTIA certification.

Candidate Requirements

BSC, BCA, MCA
Freshers or candidates with 0–1.5 years of Service Desk, Desktop Support, EUC, IT Support or Windows Support experience.
Good communication, confidence and customer-service attitude.
Willingness to work from office and in a 24×7 rotational shift enviro
